UK: Topless climate activists block London bridge with human chain on IWD *EXPLICIT*

Topless female climate protesters formed a human chain across London’s Waterloo Bridge as part of Extinction Rebellion protests on International Women’s Day on Sunday.

Thirty-one activists, with the words ‘climate rape’ and ‘climate murder’ painted on their bodies, took part in the protest.

The human chain was part of a series of actions around the world on International Women’s Day “to highlight the vulnerability of women in the face of climate breakdown,” according to the official Twitter account of Extinction Rebellion.

A small group of Extinction Rebellion activists holding banners and flags also blocked traffic on the north side of the bridge while clothed.
