OUR STORY

Belle started this channel in 2014 as a quiet, long haired, brace-faced teenager living in Sussex, England. She made videos documenting her many clothes hauls, life and mental health battle. In 2017 she made a snap decision to start bucket list, making sure she did something everyday, even just making her bed, in a hope to start to get better. She blogged every day of the year and the channel slowly grew as people all over the world cheered her on through her long awaited diagnoses of complex trauma and starting therapy. In June 2017 a username she had never seen commented on one of her videos, AeronautJosh. After a few weeks and many comments backwards and forwards with this lovely mystery username, they exchanged social media handles and called for 9 hours straight. They became good friends and after many, many hours of Facetiming, letters and calls, Josh visited from St Louis, Missouri in February 2018. Love struck within a heartbeat the channel became all about their long distance relationship life. Through the ups and downs of Visa struggles, house hunting and long periods away from each other. Josh moved over to England and they got married in August 2018.
Just over a year later they now live happily in Sussex, England, with their two bunnies Poppy & Ivor, where Josh works remotely for his US company and Belle is a Nanny. They also run now co-run Josh’s blog – The Golden Goose Guide. Full of finance information, money savings tips and how to’s.
