Today Dr. Emer and his staff are performing a combination vaginal rejuvenation treatment of Votiva Forma V by InMode and the O-Shot. Forma V helps patients receive temporary improvements in circulation, muscle relief pain, and muscle relaxation. It is a technology designed to promote women’s health and can be paired with Kegel exercises, which tighten the pelvic floor to increase muscle tone.

The Votiva Forma V works by inserting the wand into the vaginal canal, which has 3 panels that deliver non-ablative radiofrequency energy to gently heat the vagina for 15-30 minutes. This treatment is movement-based, so as you work the area, you slide the probe over the entire surface. This device monitors temperature and has a measuring device to indicate how deeply it must be inserted. The heat causes collagen stimulation, tightens the vagina and labia, and increases lubrication and sensitivity.

This treatment is versatile and provides customizable solutions for patients. It is great for vaginal laxity and dryness, loosened vaginal canal, premature signs of aging, sexual dysfunction, and urinary incontinence. It provides uniform deep heating for tissue remodeling, indicates an improvement in muscle tone and flow, and after used internally and externally, will show quick results with continued improvements over time.

Typically you can have this treatment once a year, but more severe cases may require further treatment. There is no downtime or pain, easily making this one of the best vaginal rejuvenation treatments on the market.

It is recommended to combine Votiva Forma V with fillers, or Sculptra to add volume to the vaginal area, eliminate wrinkles, and sagging. There are also RF devices like BTL Ultra Femme and ThermiVA to promote moisture and collagen production and tighten the skin. Lasers like CO2 and erbium can tighten the skin, while liposuction reduces any frump or bumps. Botox will also decrease sweating around the vaginal area to reduce any chafing or irritation.
