It’s all about getting buff – in the buff.
That’s right. A Dutch gym is now offering ‘Nude Sundays’ for those who enjoy working out – with it all hanging out.
It’s proving popular among locals who enjoy doing other things in the nude

SOT: Henk Lubbelinkhof, nude fitness enthusiast :”It is ideal. We already have the nudist clubs, every Sunday in winter we have nudist swimming but there was nude fitness. So this is unique, this is great.”
And don’t worry – even though this is a – contact sport.
SOT: Sjaak van Huet, Cleaner: “If you do the normal cleaning maintenance in a regular way, then we offer an extra cleaning service because there is direct contact of skin with the fitness equipment, and that extra cleaning is sufficient to keep it hygenic.”
Woman are allowed. But only eight of the nearly 100 people who signed up were female – and they didn’t even show up.
We don’t think the issue was financial. It only costs 13-dollars a session.
