With the arrival of Summer here in the land down under, I thought I would share with you a video of an early morning visit to the beach to catch the sunrise.
Frolicking naked on the beach, immersing myself in my surrounds and enjoying a morning meditation and stretch 🧘‍♀️
With the weather warming up, it’s time to move my morning ritual to the beach.

From starting my morning off with my daily cup of warm lemon water and a herbal tea, to bike riding to the beach, to breathing deeply, moving my body, doing some meditation and immersing myself in the awe-inspiring beauty of Mother Nature, I invite you to immerse yourself with me in nature and enjoy the serenity.
