The great thing about having a gorgeous friend living around the corner from you is that mornings like these can happen… Both feeling a bit stuck in the Sydney bubble, we decided to chase the sunrise, strip bare and get back in flow with nature. I picked up Rhyme after a 5am wakeup call and we drove south, out of the city and into the national park. I’ve been coming to this spot since I was a kid, and it remains one of my favourite places in NSW.

The timing couldn’t have been more perfect, arriving just as the sun started peeking its head over the horizon with only us to greet it. Nothing like exploring bushland, skinny dipping & jumping off a waterfall to get the day off to a positive start.
