1961 Silent short film by Harrison Marks, to which i have added the composition “Black Death,” by Leaether Strip, from the album Serenade for the Dead. Starring June Palmer, she arrives at the mysterious Elm Manor to stay the night, whereupon she has a nightmare (or does she?) in which she is chased around naked by a creepy Dracula-esque figure.

This classic clip from Nightmare at Elm Manor features June Palmer in shadowy manor interiors. She appears in a sheer negligee at a vanity mirror, adding to the gothic tension. Later scenes show her at doorways in light attire, building suspense in the bedroom setting.
