This vintage short opens in a bathroom where a shirtless man brushes his teeth in front of a full-length mirror. It then shifts to suburban street scenes with parked cars and palm trees. Police training elements appear later, including a uniformed man handling a radio-like device indoors and a nighttime convertible with occupants. An overhead view of a yellow-orange sedan rounds out the observational vignettes.
