Here are some useful tips for your next nude meditation session.
1. Stay Warm
If youâre living in a cold country, naked meditation might mean you run up your gas bill!
But obviously, youâll want to stay warm during your meditation!
Thereâs no point being freezing cold and shivering â that would be worse for your session:
So you need to be comfortable.
If youâre living in a cold country, it might be worth putting the heating on and lighting your fire if youâve got one.
Either way, make sure youâre comfortable with the roomâs temperature.
2. Take Your Time
