Yogini Hope Heals offers an impressive depth of yoga experience as she slowly teaches and demonstrates some classic yoga positions. Just watching her is inspiring and relaxing. Yogini Hope has been a teacher nationally and lifelong yoga practitioner in a variety of yoga disciplines, and now specializes in Hatha Yoga as she completes her yoga accreditation.

Twilight Goddess Olivia performs the most difficult yoga poses with ease.
