My friend Rayna is originally from Africa, and was a member of the YouTube dance group Twerk Team back in the day, and since then she’s been teaching Hip-Hop dance styles as well as Twerking. She took the lead and shows me how to “do it with no hands” as they say. She started her own dance group called Twerk Flow.
