Try clam shell exercise with or without resistance band. Shape up your Glutes without even leaving your home.

– Place a resistance band around your knees.
– Lay side wise on an exercise mat with your knees, together, pointing forwards and bent at a 90 degree angle.
– Keeping your feet in a fixed position, lift your upper knee away from your lower knee.
– Keep feet together during movement.
– Repeat for appropriate number of repetitions.
– Switch sides once you complete your number of sets.
