I got my nipples pierced a couple months ago and wanted to change the jewelry already.

BEFORE you change the piercings:
1) WASH YOUR HANDS
2) Sterelize your new jewelry boiling it with water.
3) I’d recommend that you did sea salt soaks before sliding the new jewelry through your piercing holes as it cleans them and acts a bit as a lubricant, making the process easier.
