Method 1 (gold glitter):
– self-adhesive bandage for sensitive areas (I used isolation tape, which didn’t hold well)
– big jar of hair gel
– paint brush
– minimum 200 grams of fine glitter for full body (I used approximately 100 grams for front body only)

Method 2 (blue glitter)
– self-adhesive bandage for sensitive areas (I used isolation tape, which didn’t hold well)
– body oil
– medical gloves
– minimum 200 grams of fine glitter for full body if you work precisely. And 400 grams if you work fast and messy (I used approximately 200 grams for front only, working very fast and messy)
