Is Nude Training another silly trend or is it an Ancient Tradition?

Ancient Greece had a particular fascination for aesthetics, which was also reflected in clothing or its absence. Sparta had strict rules of training, exercise was done in the nude. Athletes competed naked in sporting events in front of large crowds. Spartan women and men, would sometimes be naked in public processions and festivals. This practice was designed to encourage virtue in men while they were away at war and an appreciation of health in the women.

Before judging something new and unique, perhaps we should try educating ourselves, learning history of ancient civilizations. Greece has played a major role in our present society.
