She said due to financial difficulties, she dropped out of school several times. Though she dropped out of school severally, she managed her way through to finish Tsito Senior High Technical School, in Awudome in the Volta Region.

She came into the limelight when she starred in the award winning TV series “The Miser”. Kisa as a producer was the executive producer of a movie titled “Thank God is Friday” which also featured Majid Michel and was directed by Pascal Amanfo. She is also the executive producer and a host of “The Business of Entertainment with Kisa” which is aired on GhOne TV on Saturdays from 10am.
