Since we randomly came across this demonstration, I have researched the 400 Pueblos demonstrators and I will leave some links that might better explain what this was all about. It makes some interesting reading and starts to make some sense of this seemingly bazaar demonstration.

We came across this loud music and what looked like a 100 guys in underpants, turned out to be a Political campaign of sorts and for some crazy reason their were dozens of half naked ladies wiggling their bits and backside in the middle of heavy downtown traffic.

I never did find out what this was all about, It’s possible it was a demonstration by a group of disenfranchised Native Mexican, who have had their land taken and demonstrate this way to say they have nothing but their bodies left? I would love to know the story behind it.
