I made this film using the photographs of Eadweard Muybridge’s Animal Locomotion study.

All these photos were taken by Muybridge and his team at the University of Pennsylvania in 1885.

I found many of these photos at various sites on the WEB and using Windows Movie Maker turned them into the film you’re about to watch.

Note: Millennials, the dark material covering the extremely naughty bit of the ladies was called “Pubic Hair”.

This video compiles frames from Eadweard Muybridge's motion studies of Victorian women. It features nude figures walking and bending, alongside women in tight bodysuits and elaborate period dresses. The sequences capture anatomical poses and elegant extensions in a historical photography style.
