Een voorbeeld van wat de Kum-nye Tantra allemaal is, niet alleen binnen een sessie, maar ook (en vooral) daarbuiten. En dan laat ik nog maar 1% of minder zien. Tantra is een levensfilosofie, een filosofie over het leven. Leef in Balans, leef in vreugde zonder pijn of haat en zonder begeerte. Heb het fijn en onderzoek waarom het niet fijn gaat.
