Using your mammaries correctly is key to be able to effectively feed your little – and while pumping may seem like the only and best option for expressing your milk, relying on pumps leaves your open to a whole host of issues. Missed milk removals because of a broke/malfunctioning/forgotten pump, increased risks of plugged ducts and mastitis, and ALL THAT CLEANUP are just a few.

Knowing how to remove milk from your mammaries with nothing but your hands is a MUST, especially for lazy moms like me (work smarter, not harder, amirite?) So sit back, relax and let Chelsea and Roxanne show you how hand expression works!
