Old film features women massaging their boobs to encourage milk flow for breast-feeding. Includes usage of breast pumps.

This film shows various cases of mothers who have difficulty breast feeding their babies. Solutions to the problems are demonstrated, for instance a case of inverted nipples can be treated successfully with massage and the use of a breast pump. An inadequate milk supply can be supplemented with formula. ‘Flabby breasts’ can be successfully treated with massage, supplementary feeding and exercise.

Women perform thorough washing, massaging, and self-examination of their bare breasts over basins. The instructional scenes include special exercises with deep breathing for breast health.
