We’re back with a new vlog! I wanted to share some of my favorite self-care routines with you. After spending the weekend on set for a big Soul Sync Body shoot, I really needed some time to reset and take care of my body and mind—because sometimes I have to remind myself that rest is also productive.

I had an event and a few appointments, so I brought you along with me. Taking a slow morning with a full self-care routine felt so needed after such a busy stretch, especially before heading to Europe for a bit and let me know what kind of vlogs would you love to see while I’m there!!?
