Hello beautiful souls!
Has been a while I wanna bring to the internet what I have been studying and cooking for conscious yoga retreats, medicine music festivals, ecstatic dance gatherings and other type of events related to self growth. My intention here is to reach more people that maybe are not so familiar to this practice yet.. Or like me, felt a bit resistance of dancing in this context in front of other people, in the beginning of our own individual healing path or spiritual awakening.
The idea is very simple, find a moment and a place where you won’t be disturbed. Take your shoes off if you can, use headphones or loud speakers. Wear comfortable clothes. Let yourself follow the words and music, let your body move the way feels best. Always remember to breath. Don’t pay much attention in the mind, don’t over analyze the experience. Just let it flow. Feel whatever comes, feel it deeply, feel enough that your body is gonna answer your feelings showing you different moves.
On the video I dance with you so you are not alone. I encourage you. I show its nothing wrong in being out there shaking your body. I am here with you, supporting your body exploration, your heart opening & your healing experience. I want the best for you.
Testing my own project I cried few times.
Sometimes cleaning wounds, sometimes pure gratitude.
If you get emotional at any time, its ok, don’t suppress anything..
Be yourself, be whole, be your authentic being with no shame or expectations.
You can do this HYPNODANCE more than once.
You can do it with friends.
Or you can just lie down and listen to the audio on your bed.
Yes, you might get benefits in this way as well…
But if you come back to your body,
