3355I Tried Making Pizza Dough from Scratch… While Talking About Anxiety & Overthinking
Original was uploaded on 2026-03-17
Today’s vlog turned into a little life experiment. I decided to try making dough from scratch for the first time—something I’ve never done before. What started as a simple cooking experiment quickly became a moment of reflection about anxiety, overthinking, and learning to take life one step at a time.
While mixing flour, water, yeast, and salt, I realized that sometimes the most healing thing we can do is slow down and create something with our hands. Even if we make mistakes, there’s still something beautiful that comes out of the process—whether it’s homemade pizza or a small moment of peace.
In this video, I share a real and honest moment about anxiety, overthinking, and trying to choose myself while navigating uncertainty. Sometimes life feels messy, confusing, and overwhelming. But sometimes all we need is a quiet day, a small kitchen experiment, and a reminder that it’s okay to take things day by day.
Thank you for being here and sharing this moment with me.

This video follows an Asian woman making pizza dough from scratch in her home kitchen. She measures ingredients, kneads the dough, and assembles pizzas with toppings like salami and cheese before baking them. A brief slip occurs at 40:48 while she vlogs about anxiety and overthinking. She and a man enjoy the finished pizzas together.
