However, in the early days of television [1950s-70s] they could not create shows for TV, as there were only 3 main broadcast channels [with nudity & profanity restrictions].

Since the 1980s when pay-cable television started to develop, social nudism TV shows have been created [primarily on HBO & Showtime].

Now in the 21st century with newly available platforms, SkyClad TV is starting to create a social nudism TV show that continues the non-sexual tradition–
