Studio Dance Photography | BEHIND THE SCENES | How I make a white background red | Three-Light setup

Original was uploaded on 2026-01-09

Hello my friend,
I was so lucky that i could have a shooting with a gorgeous Ukrainian high heels dancer with a fishnet dance costume in my studio. In this photo shooting, I used three flashes. The main light was with a beauty dish to make her body shape bolder and curvier. The second flash was behind of her and from her shoulder to make a rim light on her body edge. The third light was a soft box that covered by a red gel to luminate and coloring the white background to red.
During the photography, I asked the model to dance to make a real dance shot of her movements.
I hope you like them.

This behind-the-scenes video reveals a studio photoshoot where a model in a sheer black mesh outfit strikes dynamic, dance-inspired poses. The photographer uses a three-light setup to transform a white backdrop into red, highlighting technical lighting techniques. Equipment like softboxes and reflectors fills the controlled space as the model poses confidently with high-heeled boots and sunglasses.
