The magic of this piece came together when i discovered a poem that i’ve written a month before shooting this video – and completely forgot about it: it fit perfectly with the imagery. This was filmed in Portland, ME after I have walked solo the Appalachian Trail for 2 months.

The video shows a nude woman with curly red hair and yellow flowers seated in a swampy marsh. She spreads her legs amid shallow water and tall green reeds, with her bare buttocks and genitals visible. Her skin glistens with water droplets under bright sunlight as she interacts with the sparkling water and grass.
