It’s the end of winter in Aus and time for a new morning routine 2018 !! This is what I did most winter mornings- winter still can be quite sunny at times in Freo, when the weather was good I would go to the beach and get coffee with friends or go to yoga/meditation morning classes, but this vid is a representation of what I would do if I was to spend the morn at home!
