There are several opportunities for ekapadakoundinyasana (scissors / pose named for koundinya) as well as vasisthasana (side plank / pose named for vasistha), visvamitrasana (pose named for visvamitra) one balabakasana (baby crow).

You can also expect parivrtta trikonasana (revolved triangle), pincha mayurasana (feathered peacock), baddha ardhachandrasana (toe lock , ie: “bound” half moon), ustrasana (camel), ardha ustrasana (half camel variation), Urbana dhanurasana (upward bow), among others.

Pranayama is tasteful 3 point breathing.
