In this video I show you the best way to collect a urine sample. I’m using this sample to give to my Doctor upon his request to test for infections and make sure I’m healthy. #urinating #urinaryinfection

here’s the method I found is best
1) prepare container (you can use the sample container your Dr gives you but I prefer to use a bigger container, then transfer to other container)
2) place urinating cup on vagina
3) let it flow completely
